How permanent anchoring works
A fingerprint, written in stone
When a memorial is created, we generate a unique fingerprint of its contents — the name, dates, biography, everything. That fingerprint gets written into the Bitcoin network as a permanent record. It can't be edited, deleted, or tampered with.

Bitcoin has been running continuously since 2009. No one controls it. No government, no company, no single point of failure. The network is maintained by thousands of independent computers worldwide, each holding a complete copy of every transaction ever made.
What if EverstoneBTC disappears?
The proof doesn't depend on us. Even if our website goes offline permanently, the Bitcoin transaction still exists across thousands of nodes around the world. Anyone with the bundle can verify that this memorial existed at a specific date and time — independently, forever.
